Questions
Are the shirts real?
Yes. Every shirt is authenticated by us before it's boxed. We don't sell replicas or fakes, ever.
Can I pick my club?
No, that's the mystery. If there's a club you already own or really don't want, add it in the order notes and we'll do our best to avoid it.
What condition are they in?
Grade A as standard: no stains, pulls or holes. Match Worn shirts can show signs of play, which is part of the story.
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days after that, and it's free on orders of £45 or more. Orders over £250 go free by signed-for Special Delivery, next working day.
What's the difference between the two card packs?
The £5 sealed pack is a factory-sealed packet straight from the maker. The £40 mystery repack is put together by us and can contain numbered cards, patches or autos.
Can I return a mystery shirt?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, even on mystery items. Send it back in the condition it arrived and we'll refund you. Full details are in Delivery & returns below.
Can I swap for a different shirt?
We don't do re-rolls or swaps on mystery shirts, because every one is picked for you. Return it for a refund instead, or if it's the wrong size we'll swap it for the right one.
I've got a voucher from a TikTok break. How do I use it?
Enter the code at checkout for £20 off when you spend £50 or more on the site. One code per order, and vouchers can't be exchanged for cash. Free delivery is worked out on your total after the discount.

- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm Friday go out on Monday.
- Everything ships in a box, with tracking sent by email.
- We also ship to the EU (£14.99) and worldwide (£23.99). Free delivery offers apply to UK orders only. Orders outside the UK may have import charges set by your country.
- If your parcel hasn't arrived 5 working days after dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it.
- Shirts you win on our TikTok breaks are posted after the stream and follow TikTok Shop's delivery terms.
- Using a TikTok break voucher? Free delivery is worked out on your total after the discount.
Returns
- 14 days to change your mind. You can cancel any order within 14 days of it arriving, mystery shirts included. Tell us by email, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
- Condition. You can open the box and try the shirt on as you would in a shop. Please return it unworn and unwashed, with any tags, certificate of authenticity and packaging. If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.
- Card packs. Sealed packs and repacks can be returned unopened. If a pack has been opened, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value.
- Refunds. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method, including any standard delivery you paid. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Wrong size, faulty or not as described. Tell us within 30 days. We'll cover return postage and offer a refund, a repair or the right size.
- Signed and Match Worn. Same rights apply. Return the certificate or letter of authenticity with the shirt. We recommend a signed-for service for the return.
- No swaps or re-rolls. Mystery shirts can be refunded, but we don't swap them for a different mystery shirt.
- TikTok orders. Anything bought through TikTok Shop or a TikTok Live break is returned through TikTok's own returns process.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
